Really weird looking creatures eh?

This is what you have been told right? That they look “old” “ancient” and “weird”, down right, “prehistoric”
Well, what if I told you a new way to see the same creatures that agrees perfectly with Genesis?
Genesis tell us this about sharks.
20Then God said, “Let the waters teem with swarms of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth in the open expanse of the heavens.” 21God created the great seamonsters and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind; and Godsaw that it was good. 22God blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.”…
Many years later this happened:
12God looked on the earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth. 13Then God said to Noah,“The end of all flesh has comebefore Me; for the earth is filled with violence because of them; and behold, I am about to destroy them with the earth. 14“Make for yourself an ark of gopher wood; you shall make the ark with rooms, and shall cover it inside and out with pitch.…
So, one could look at Genesis, hypothetically speaking, and imagine that God created everything very quickly, in just six days. Just as the text says. Suddenly, like water into wine. Suddenly like healing a cripple. Essentially, *poof* seas bursting with life of all unimaginable kinds of creatures.
Now imagine this new sea teeming with many KINDS of sharks, (still working from the premise that God created ALL the KINDS of sharks on day 5. Ok?)
Now as we saw summed up in post #783 we see there was a great die off on the planet. No kinds of creatures seemed to be immune from this disaster.
>>>It is the worst mass extinctionever known in the history of the Earth. About 250 million years ago, an event that scientists call the “Great Dying” occurred. This horrible event that ended the Paleozoic Era and ushered in the Mesozoic Era on the Geologic Time Scale, wiped out nearly 96% of all species alive at the time. This mass extinction happened relatively quickly in the scope of the history of the Earth, as it only took about 60,000 for the mass extinction to be complete<<<
Umm sure sounds like this could be a massive global flood with the wrong time scale. Just saying.
Many species & kinds of creatures were wiped out for good. Sharks were no different. There population got hammered (pun intended ) during the flood. Many species got caught in the raging waters and were swiftly buried and became fossils. We today, call these sharks “prehistoric”, may I propose that they are not.
They are simply the species that have died out over the millennia; many [ most ] no doubt could not survive the year long flood or the oceans after the flood.
Think this sounds crazy?
Wait, don’t decide yet… there is more to the story.
See next post for conclusion.
